收費標準：

• 離峰：1000元/場（平日06：00～18：00，例假日06：00～12：00）。
• 尖峰：1500元/場（平日18：00～22：00，例假日12：00～22：00）。
• 籃球租借：50元／一顆。

使用規範：

第一條：

第一條：為維護使用者之權益，請愛惜使用本中心設備，並遵守各項使用須知。It is everyone’s responsibility to follow all the rules while using the center’s facilities in respect of the rights of all users.

第二條：

使用本設備請先於1/F 櫃台購票後，始可入場使用。Please purchase ticket at 1/F reception counter before using the facility.

第三條：

公益活動為回饋社會服務，請使用者愛惜使用場地及設施，並遵守入場規定。Please follow the rules during public charity session as it is for social services purposes.

第四條：

喝酒後、患有高血壓、糖尿病、心臟病、傳染病、血壓過低、嚴重睡眠不足或其他任何身體不適者，禁止使用本設備。飯後一小時內切勿進行運動。People after consuming alcohol or suffering from high blood pressure, diabetes, heart disease, contagious disease, low blood pressure, sleep deprivation or any other health conditions are not allowed to use the facilities. Do not exercise within one hour after meal.

第五條：

活動民眾必須穿著運動服、運動鞋及攜帶毛巾進入場地。禁止穿著拖鞋、皮鞋、高跟鞋、木屐或其他不合場地使用規定之鞋類進入。Please carry your sweat towel and wear appropriate sport attire and soft sole sports shoes. Do not wear slippers, leather shoes, high heels, clogs or other inappropriate shoes to enter the badminton zone.

第六條：

場地內嚴禁吸煙、喝酒、嚼食檳榔、口香糖及攜帶任何食品、飲料入場 (飲用水除外)。Smoking, alcohol drinking, betel nut chewing and gum chewing are not allowed in all venues. No food and drinks (except drinking water) are allowed.

第七條：

活動民眾應於場地租借時間內使用，如非租用時間禁止擅自進入使用。Please use the facility during the rental period. Customers are not allowed to enter and use the facility outside the rental period.

第八條：

使用館內場地時，請注意使用時間，切勿超時佔用 (包括公益活動)，尊重下一位使用者的權利。Please pay attention and do not exceed the rental time (including public charity time session) while using the facility in respect of the rights of others.

第九條：

個人貴重物品、財物請自行妥善保管或放置於投幣式置物櫃，若有損壞或遺失，本中心概不負責。Please take good care of your personal belongings. Our center is not responsible for any damage to or loss of any personal properties of all swimmers.

第十條：

嚴禁本中心教學課程以外之私人教學行為。Private teaching (except classes provided by our center and coach) are not allowed.

第十一條：

任何活動經本中心核准出借使用時，須另訂契約並依規定辦理借用手續。Users are required to sign a contract and combine to the terms and conditions stated in the contract for any non-athletic events approved by the center.

第十二條：

如有租借/使用各項器材，需抵押含照片之證件，使用完畢後，請立即歸還器材，並取回抵押之證件。Please leave your photo ID at the service counter before renting any equipment. Please return the facilities after use.

第十三條：

若因使用不當造成設備/器材損壞，本中心有權要求損壞賠償。 (賠償細則請參照器材租借須知或照報價單金額賠償) Users may be charged for any damage due to misuse. (Please refer to the rental regulations for compensation details.)

第十四條：

為維持環境及安全，如有違反使用須知、不聽從工作人員指示或因個人因素而影響他人權益或導致受傷時，本中心得立即禁止使用 (不予退款)並不負賠償責任。The center reserves the right to remove any person from any venue if that person refuses to comply with the regulations and the guidance from staff or does any act which is likely to affect or endanger others. The paid rental fee will not be refunded and no compensation will be offered.

第十五條：

未經中心許可，禁止照相、攝影、錄音、張貼和懸掛海報、旗幟、標語等。Photography, videography, poster hanging, flag hanging, labeling and other such behaviors are not allowed unless approved by the center.

第十六條：

禁止攜帶寵物進入場館，導盲犬不在此限。No pets (except guided dogs) are allowed.

第十七條：

館內插座不提供給個人使用。如因活動或租借場地，需先付費後方能使用。Electrical sockets are not for public use. Additional fee will be charged in case of reserving the electrical sockets for events or venue rental.

第十八條：

我們有權在任何時間更改中心使用須知，恕不另行通知。如有任何變更內容，以現場公告或工作人員說明為準。The center has the right to update or modify the above regulations at any time without prior notice. Should there be any difference or inconsistency between this regulation or onsite notice and staff explanation, the latter shall prevail.

第十九條：

租用球具請小心使用，損壞照價賠償。All borrowed equipment should be used carefully. The center reserves the right to claim compensation for any damage to the equipment.
